Compare – Amateur snapshots vs. Professional Photography
Epic Fail! This one gets my vote for “Worst Amateur Home Shoot of the Month” Award. Every image is poorly composed, incorrectly exposed, has a shadow from the lens hood(!!!), vertical and horizontal perspective is crooked, converging verticals, harsh shadows, wonky wacky.. and it’s a $900k home in Meadow Vista’s epic Winchester Club golf community – this is what you get when someone who isn’t a photographer buys their first DSLR.

Below is an example of how not to shoot an interior.

Here are some other examples to illustrate how much better professional photography will showcase your valuable listings.
Below is an example of how not to shoot an interior.

Amateur interior "photography".. Composition - wonky. White balance - too cool. Luminance - dark and dull.

Another one. Wrong, wrong wrong.
This is how we do it. Compago | Dale Charles Photography

Composition - correct. Lighting - bright and cheery. Colors - pronounced. Client, homeowner - happy.
……..
Here’s another. Notice the difference?

Amateur "photography".. Composition - skewed! White Balance - too warm. Lighting - unemotional. Blah.
